## What Templi is

Templi is an AI workflow system for UK financial advice firms. It automates
the work between client conversations — capturing context from meetings,
drafting suitability reports in the firm's own Word templates, updating
CRM records, and producing ad-hoc client documents on request.

Templi is a connector, not a replacement. It sits on top of the systems a
firm already uses (CRM, document store, Microsoft 365) and does not require
a platform migration or process overhaul.

## Products

Templi 2.0 ships as two connected products.

### Templi Paraplanner (web app)

An agentic back-office for the advice firm.

- Suitability reports drafted directly inside the firm's existing Word
  templates. Locked wording, compliance disclosures and firm branding are
  preserved verbatim.
- Automatic fact-finds from meeting transcripts and email chains, with
  every change flagged for adviser review before it lands in the CRM.
- Chat with connected client data across CRM, SharePoint and document
  stores, with citations to source records.
- Ad-hoc documents on request: portfolio valuations, pension policy
  summaries, client letters.

### Templi Adviser (desktop app, new in 2.0)

A desktop app that runs during client meetings — in-person or on video.

- Calendar sync across Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365.
- Live transcription with speaker attribution.
- Structured notes drafted in the firm's template and tone.
- New client records created or existing fact-find fields updated directly
  in Intelliflo, Xplan or Plannr (subject to integration availability).
- Every follow-on task delegated automatically to Templi Paraplanner.

Platform availability: Mac and Windows in Q2 2026; iPhone and Android in
Q3 2026.

## How the two products work together

1. The adviser runs the meeting with Templi Adviser open.
2. Templi Adviser captures and transcribes the conversation and drafts
   structured notes in the firm's style.
3. Follow-on tasks identified in the meeting are handed off to Templi
   Paraplanner.
4. Templi Paraplanner updates the client record in the CRM, reconciles the
   fact-find, drafts the suitability report in the firm's template, and
   produces any requested ad-hoc documents.
5. All drafts return to the adviser for review before anything is sent.

## Review, provenance and safety

- Every generated passage cites the source data it was drawn from.
- Every draft is versioned; every change is diffable.
- Human approval is required before any output leaves the firm.
- Locked template sections (regulated wording, disclosures, firm
  boilerplate) are ring-fenced and never rewritten by the AI.
- Nothing is written to the firm's CRM without explicit adviser or
  compliance sign-off.

## Data handling

- All data encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Processed within UK/EU regions.
- Client data is not used to train third-party models.
- Templi is SOC 2 Type II certified.

## What Templi is not

- It is not a note-taker. It produces regulator-grade documentation, not
  summaries.
- It is not a CRM. The firm's existing CRM remains the system of record.
- It is not a compliance authority. Templi works inside the firm's existing
  compliance framework; it does not govern or replace compliance.
- It does not require a platform migration or organisational change to
  adopt.
