Every week, Templi gets better at supporting the advice work teams handle every day. Here’s what shipped this week.
This week’s release brings email context into Templi, giving advice teams a clearer view of recent client correspondence inside the client dashboard. We’ve also added more control over client imports, including an early access upgrade for firms bringing existing Word templates into Templi.
Email context is now available in Templi
You can now connect Gmail or Outlook and surface recent client emails directly in the Templi dashboard.
Because so much client context lives in email, this is a major workflow improvement for advisers and paraplanners. Templi can now use recent email context to help you prepare for client calls, organise follow-up work, identify urgent tasks, and draft letters, agendas, and memos based on recent correspondence.
This means advice teams can check what has already been discussed before drafting, reviewing, updating a client file, or picking up follow-on work. It becomes easier to see what has changed, what needs attention, and what should be considered next, without constantly moving between inboxes and client records.

Early access: bring existing Word templates into Templi
For selected firms, we’ve improved the quality of Word template imports into Templi as part of an early access release.
Participating firms can now import .docx templates while retaining key formatting, styles, brand colours, fonts, images, page setup, headers, and footers. The aim is to keep design parity as close to 1:1 as possible when existing templates are brought into Templi.
Templi also records what imported successfully and flags anything that needs review, giving early access firms more visibility and control as they test the import flow with their existing templates.
