Outlook Mail Integration

Connect your Microsoft Outlook mailbox to Templi and bring client correspondence into the same place as the rest of the file. The connection is read-only: Templi never sends, replies, files or deletes anything in your mailbox.

Features

• Recent emails on every dashboard - a Recent emails card on your home dashboard shows what has just landed, and the same card on a client dashboard shows only the correspondence with that client.
• Correspondence your agents can read - ask Templi about a client and it can search your mailbox for the relevant thread, so an answer can cite what was agreed by email rather than what was assumed.
• Client matching by address - messages are matched to a client using the email address on their Templi record.
• Your mailbox, not your firm's - each person connects their own Outlook account and only ever sees their own mail.

How it works

1. Install Outlook Mail from the Templi app store.
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account and grant read-only access to your mail.
3. Add the Recent emails widget to your home and client dashboards.
4. Ask Templi about a client, and it reads the relevant correspondence when it needs to.

Permissions required

• Mail.Read - read-only access to your messages.
• User.Read - your basic profile information.
• offline_access - lets Templi keep the connection alive without asking you to sign in again.

Templi never modifies your mailbox. All access is read-only.
