Firm Knowledge is live: your firm’s standards in every draft

Templi’s September week 3 release introduces Firm Knowledge. Templi learns your firm’s wording, standards and writing guidance as you work, then applies them across reports, forms and meeting notes.

Your firm’s wording, remembered

Every firm has its own way of saying things. You might refer to the “ongoing advice charge” rather than an “adviser fee”, use a seven-point risk scale, or have capacity for loss wording your compliance team has approved.

Firm Knowledge captures those preferences so you don’t have to repeat the same instructions for each piece of work. Add them in Settings, or tell Templi as you work.

Choose when guidance applies

For each entry, you can choose whether Templi should use it every time, when relevant, or only when someone asks for it.

For entries that apply every time, you can also choose which work they relate to: documents, fact finds and forms, meetings, or chat. This helps Templi apply your guidance where it belongs.

Build knowledge as you work

You don’t need to write down every rule before getting started. Templi continually looks for opportunities to remember your firm’s rules and small details about your clients as you work.

You can also tell Templi a preference in chat, and it can save it to the right entry. Your firm’s knowledge can grow through everyday work, alongside the guidance you add directly in Settings.
